I led the product design for Event Streams, a new Auth0 capability that lets developers seamlessly pipe authentication and security events into external destinations like mailchimp, salesforce and observability tools like Datadog. My work focused on defining the end-to-end experience—from configuring connections to monitoring delivery health—while simplifying a highly technical workflow.
I designed a system of reusable patterns for stream creation, error handling, and event subscriptions, enabling customers to build real-time pipelines without needing custom code. The result was a more powerful, intuitive way for customers to operationalize identity data across their stack. They can finally react to events that take place in Auth0 and perform actions in their downstream systems.
