I led the product for Auth0 Actions, a serverless execution layer that hooks into authentication and authorization flows at configurable trigger points, dramatically reducing the time developers need to customize identity workflows.

Led the direction and shaped the overall user experience.

Conducted user interviews, research, and journey mapping exercises alongside customer feedback analysis.
Redesigned the Triggers page.
Designed and delivered crucial products including logs, template library, partner portal, and marketplace storefront.
Fixed numerous UX friction points and drove high-impact improvements.
